of a BPO project for a major legal support
provider company who is a nation wide leader
in assisting the law firms and insurance
clients in outsourcing litigation support
tasks
ITCube will be providing end-to-end
Back office and Call center support to
the client, which will include appointment
fixing, posting payments, account receivables,
data entry and customer support. ITCube
will take care of all the outbound calls
to fix appointments for the field agents
to collect the documents from various
different locations.
